These Terms apply to your use of the Downblock Coaching website and your purchase of our digital products. Downblock Coaching is a brand of Hydra Constellation SRL, Via Riace 76, 00118 Roma, Italy ("we", "us"). By buying or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and license

Our products are digital files (PDF playbooks and an Excel spreadsheet). When you buy, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for your own coaching. You may print pages and share printed copies with the players and staff of the teams you coach. You may not resell, redistribute, share the files or download links, post them online, or use them to create competing products. All content remains the property of Hydra Constellation SRL.

2. Digital delivery

After payment you get download buttons on the thank-you page and an email with personal links that stay active for 7 days. You can request fresh links at any time on the Access page with your purchase email. Please download and save your files. You are responsible for providing a working email address.

3. Prices and payments

Prices are in US dollars and are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe on our own checkout page. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total shown. You may be responsible for any fees charged by your bank or card issuer.

4. Refunds

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase on The Gap Scheme Playbook, the main product. Add-on products, including individual cross-sell items and the Complete Bundle, are non-refundable. To request a refund, email productadvice.info@gmail.com with your order email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. Educational content and coaching safety

Our products contain general educational coaching information about football blocking schemes, technique and practice planning. They are not legal, medical or professional safety advice.

  • Football is a contact sport with a risk of injury. You are responsible for the supervision, equipment, conditioning and safety of your players, and for matching drills and contact levels to their age, size and experience.
  • Rules on blocking below the waist, chop blocks, clipping and practice contact differ by level, state association and league and can change. You are responsible for checking and following the current rules that apply to your team.
  • Follow your league's and state's concussion, heat and emergency action rules, and follow a qualified medical professional on any injury, including any suspected concussion and any return to play.
  • We do not guarantee any result, such as wins, yards or player performance.
  • Downblock Coaching is not affiliated with or endorsed by USA Football, the NFHS or any league, conference or association. References to their public resources are for information only.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force when you buy applies to that purchase.
