Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Downblock Coaching collects and uses personal information when you visit our website or buy our products. Downblock Coaching is a brand of Hydra Constellation SRL.

1. Who we are (data controller)

Hydra Constellation SRL, Via Riace 76, 00118 Roma, Italy, is the controller of your personal data. Contact: productadvice.info@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

  • Email address, which you give us at checkout or on the Access page.
  • Order details: products bought, amounts, date, currency, order and payment references.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your card or wallet details directly. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and actions such as adding to cart or purchasing, collected through cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel.
  • Messages you send us by email.

We do not receive any information you type into our products after you download them. For example, player names entered in the Practice Plans & Grading Sheets spreadsheet stay on your own device.

3. Why we use it and our legal bases (GDPR)

Because our company is established in the European Union, we follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • To process your order, deliver your files and send fresh access links: performance of a contract.
  • To keep tax and accounting records: legal obligation.
  • To prevent fraud, keep the website secure and answer support requests: our legitimate interests.
  • To send marketing emails: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link.
  • To measure and improve our ads with the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API: your consent where required (EEA, UK and Switzerland); elsewhere, our legitimate interest in measuring our advertising, subject to your right to opt out described below.

4. Who we share it with (processors)

We share personal data only with service providers that process it for us:

  • Stripe: payment processing.
  • Resend: transactional emails such as order delivery and access links.
  • Klaviyo: marketing emails, only if you have given consent.
  • Meta Platforms: advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API.
  • Lovable and Supabase: website hosting and database.

We do not sell personal information for money.

5. Meta Pixel and Conversions API

Our website uses the Meta Pixel, which collects device and browsing data in your browser, and the Meta Conversions API, which sends purchase events from our server to Meta. When we send your email address to Meta through the Conversions API, it is hashed (converted into a scrambled code) before it is sent. Meta uses this information to measure and deliver our ads.

6. Cookies, consent and your privacy choices

  • Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland see a consent banner. Advertising cookies and the Meta Pixel load only if you accept, and you can change your choice at any time.
  • Visitors from other regions: advertising measurement is on by default. You can turn it off with the "Your Privacy Choices" link at the bottom of every page.
  • We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends GPC, we treat it as an opt-out of sharing for advertising.
  • Strictly necessary cookies, such as those needed for checkout, are always on.

7. How long we keep it

  • Order and transaction records: for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law.
  • Access link records: as long as needed to let you get fresh download links.
  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
  • Support emails: as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up.

8. International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside the EU, including in the United States. When they do, we rely on safeguards recognized under the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.

9. Your rights under the GDPR

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). To exercise your rights, email productadvice.info@gmail.com.

10. Your rights as a US resident

Depending on the state where you live, such as California, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose.
  • Delete personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of the sharing of personal information for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising.

We do not sell personal information for money. To opt out of sharing for advertising, use the Your Privacy Choices link at the bottom of every page, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, or email us with the subject line "Do not share my information." To make any other request, email productadvice.info@gmail.com. We will verify your request using your purchase email and will not discriminate against you for using your rights. You may use an authorized agent where your state law allows it.
